This listing is for a single 15-minute lesson. If you need two 15-minute lessons or a single 30-minute lesson, purchase a quantity of two 15-minute increments, and so forth.

IEW Checklist Review Session:

We will review one weekly IEW assignment of the student's choice after the draft has already been edited for mechanics (spelling, punctuation, capitalization, etc.). Parents are responsible for editing mechanics unless they choose to hire an editor for that purpose. Crescenza Studio does offer that service if you need it. See "IEW Editing Session" below.

During the 15-minute meeting via Zoom, students will receive one-on-one instruction concerning missing or misunderstood checklist elements. If 15 minutes is not enough time, we will focus on the simplest concepts first. If time remains, we may choose to edit the paper for mechanics. If a student's paper is already practically perfect during any given session, they will receive enrichment ideas instead. For instance, they may learn some new (optional) decorations or general writing advice (word redundancy, passive verbs vs. active, etc.). 

If the student is 5 minutes late, the teacher will exit Zoom, and the lesson will be forfeited without a refund.

IEW Editing Session:

We will edit one weekly IEW assignment of the student's choice (rough draft). During the 15-minute meeting via Zoom, a Crescenza tutor or editor will help students review and revise spelling, grammar, and punctuation. If 15 minutes is not enough time, we will focus on the most important elements first. If time remains, we may choose to address checklist components. If a student's paper is already practically perfect during any given session, they will receive enrichment ideas instead. For instance, they may learn some new (optional) decorations or general writing advice (word redundancy, passive verbs vs. active, etc.). 

If the student is 5 minutes late, the teacher will exit Zoom, and the lesson will be forfeited without a refund.
